Photohunter: Dirty
This week's theme in Photohunter is "dirty". When it comes to the word "Dirty", i was instantly reminded of a funny discovery i had during my previous trip to Bangkok.
I checked in to the hotel and in the minibar, i came across a packet of potato chips with the dirtiest name i've every come across.
Yes people, it read "Cabbages and Condoms" !!! I dunno where is the connection between those 2 words but it certainly is hilarious. I was really tempted to open up the packet of chips to see if there's a free condom in it or not but its so overpriced....so i left the cabbages and condoms alone. Ha ha ha!

Wakaka...I won't mind opening up the dirty packet just out of curiosity. It's a good experience though for a high price. Thai people really did make fun out of practically anything. Well, they are real open minded people. Good shot and nice sharing. Happy weekend!
and maybe there are condoms where you can find some cabbages in the packages:)

Cabbages and Condoms is actually a restaurant in downtown Bangkok - they feature awesome vegetarian food with an unforgettable name!

I think it was a mistake - guess someone didn't know how to spell. But then maybe that's what inside.

My guess is the people who named it didn't understand what it meant? There is lemonade in France called pshitt, and I can't bring myself to buy it :)
Sort of like a box of Cracker Jacks,... you get a prize in every box! So, is the cabbage sealed in a rubber wrapping? Makes one wonder if "condom" means something else in Bangkok. Have a nice weekend.
My husband has been to Bangkok several times. I'll have to ask him if he's ever had these in the minibar! Great take on this weeks theme!

Don't you know how to use it:
tear off a leaf of cabbage and then fold it around you know what - *giggles* and then it's transformed to a Condom. An organic one. LOL:
